      Pros

      The employees are fantastic, they have some of the best production people in the business. I would work with any of them again.

      Cons

      Awful upper management starting at the top. Most arrogant CEO I've ever met. The man can't get his face on enough of their advertisements, it's one thing to be proud of your business, it's another to be so insecure that you need your face on everything. Lower end pay & no opportunities for any sort of advancement. Departments don't work together well at all, everyone is always looking for a scapegoat when things go bad.

      Thank you for your review. We agree we have some of the best talent on our production floor. GLS employees are very talented and experienced in their craft. As part of the Marketing team, I needed to clarify a point on our CEO. It was our direction to run ad campaigns featuring our CEO in relevant situations for the times at hand. While he was not immediately on-board to be in them, we were able to convince him to do so. Over the years our We’ll Take Care of It Campaign showed a variety ads depicting our Growth, Commitment, Strength, Creativity, Service and our Technology-driven mind-set. For each ad we did portray the face of our company, our CEO. The ad campaign ran during some of the hardest times for the printing industry and the clients we serve. Our ad campaign intention was to show we are survivors, we are there for our clients. We were proud to have our leader willing to stand in the fore-front of our ads, leading the way through those difficult times. - GLS Marketing Team

      Hard to find any other than the paycheck

      Cons

      Have been in the industry over 25 years and have never been in such a toxic environment. Complete lack of accountability. We are not people to them just liabilities. Pure greed by management.

      Pros

      A few nice people still work there and it used to be a decent place to work. Pretty clean facility for being a print shop. Easy access from I94 and County Rd 81

      Cons

      Very poor management and leadership. Company no longer invests in its employees. Many lay offs along with pay cuts, no COLA and no 401k contributions for over the past 10 years. Work is in a fear factor environment along with a yelling ego maniac owner. Company has Certainly has seen its better days. Executive strategies and decisions have not played out well for their employees or the company. The story behind GLS kind of reminds me of a good movie I once watched" It was called the unsinkable TITANIC!
