      Get rid of you when you go off sick

      Pros

      Pros were that higher management staff were friendly - Andy (CEO) was very friendly and approachable if you needed him.

      Cons

      If you go off sick due to mental health they will get rid of you rather than be bothered to deal with it (even if the reason you went off sick was due to your manager). Expected to do long hours over your contracted hours without additional pay as it is such a small company but so much work to do.

      Pros

      Great transparent leadership from Directors, space to grow and to take on lots of responsibility early on.

      Cons

      Small company so limited in terms of progression. You have to push for things such as progression opportunities, training, Pay increases. You don't ask you don't get attitude.

      Fast paced with a diverse and varying workload. Good culture and communication from senior management

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for career progression given the size of company, however company is currently exploring new avenues and new career opportunities may soon emerge.
