Pros

Great environment and support from front line leadership. Standard benefits and pay scale. Nothing to low, but never at the top of the market. If you are viewed as a great worker, they will support you and your family through a lot of tough times.

Cons

Still runs it like a small family business. There are some 'experienced' people that are not adjusting to the growth of the company over the last ten years. Senior leadership is either not around or not engaged with the day to day reality of the company.

The local teams are all supportive and great to work with The benefits are either standard (minus 401k match) or just above for our community Training Department is fully funded and supportive of technician growth and development Technicians are empowered to make decisions in the field Supervisors have all been there, done that, and are willing to help

Cons

2% match on 401k (they also have a optional 2% match of FSA that has always showed up) Very fast pace learning at the start of your career
