Pros
The TWACS technology of ESCO technologies (Aclara PLS) is both interesting and challenging to work on. The people are also hard-working and generally easy to work with.
Cons
The forward vision of the technology, software and integration of the various businesses (Aclara PLS, Aclara Software, Aclara RF) seems disjoint. The marketing / sales communication with the technical teams also leaves something to be desired.

The company is disorganized and unstructured and management expects the performance of a well structured and organized company. The company is going through growing pains but the structure is getting there.
