      Very relaxed environment, not too much pressure, work very flexible

      Cons

      Not very clear where the company wants to go. Product not ready. Too much talking with clients about product that are not ready (and often not even on the road map)

      Pros

      I'm a simple soul and a low-friction, easy to navigate work environment is pretty much all I ask for. The fact that the company is working towards a positive and sustainable future is a huge bonus, as are the great, interesting people I get to work with.

      Cons

      The office, which I go to about once every 6 weeks, is slightly further from a tube station than I'd like.
