Toxic culture, weak leadership, no support or collaboration - No sense of unity or pulling in the same direction. I got made redundant, second restructure in 10 months and no one in Cologne had the decency to tell me why my role was made high risk - just informing me that my role has been made redundant after the restructure. Given the climate, it really lacked class. Overtly hierarchal and not in tune with employees needs.
