Pros

Flexible scheduling, understanding management. Decent pay. Management helps you in your call technique. Management is open to listening to concerns. Good training.

Cons

Boring call center job Not much room for growth No autonomy Very mundane work

Pros

Pay is rewarding, flexible schedule and good commissions & training structure.

Cons

Environment becomes a drag, hard to be motivated as time moves on, leaders are more focused on pushing sales leads rather than building a solid team mentality.

Pros

HR made you believe that this is a good work environment. They also made you believe that the pay and benefits would be great.

Cons

You collect info from people who want info on a product or service. Then forward it to a sales person. The pay is not all that great. Management is a lot to be desired. You are down talk to and yelled at! However, not all are like that.
