Decent experience if you are fine with lower pay rate. I would suggest you can get better job opportunities in terms of experience and pay outside of Evosysy
Cons
1. Tries to evade tax and plays with regulations 2. Onsite payment given is peanuts ( For ex: In UK per day they give 17 Pounds and exploit employee). That too this allowance is given in cash so all black money dealing and hawala system 3. Pressurises employees. Even if you work 24 hours a day, more is expected from you. 4. Fraud dealings right from too management 5. Companies with one of the highest staff turnover ratio 6. At any given point in time around 15 percent of total workforce are serving their notice period. 7. Service delivery quality is better than none 8. Only reason it is surviving and winning deals is because of its low pricing. But in the long run, its customers are exploited.
