      Good work environment if you are not in management

      Pros

      The team members are reasonable, you get free movies, large organisation so it’s good for transfers. Can be promoted to a high level from entry level if you are loyal to the company.

      Cons

      Overworked and does not pay full time staff overtime or bonuses. Always talks about team work but head office does not actually support managers and team members on the floors. Very questionable choice of some senior managers. Lack of understanding from HQ with what actually happens at their workplaces. Witnessed too many burn outs and breakdowns from staff who chose this as their career choice.

      Supportive, Pragmatic Leadership, Collaborative Company Culture, Exciting Product, Staff Benefits, It has been an incredible first 6 months in this business. Really strong induction programme, informative L&D offering, the space to develop and launch impactful initiatives from Day 1.

      Never really had much clarity from management, had no real plan of growth or journey. Found it very hard to seek advice and understand how I could grow within company for two years.
