Pros
Only a couple of weeks into my new role and already I feel part of the team. Everybody I meet is warm, welcoming and keen to help you with whatever you need to get you moving in a successful direction. The recruitment experience is thorough but not overwhelming. Interviews (in my experience) are conversational, not relying on textbook hypothetical questions allowing you to get your personality across in a comfortable manner. Hiring managers of course want to know you have the technical abilities to do the job but they are very keen to ensure you are a good cultural fit. The culture at Exus is heavily invested in. Being a remote workforce, a huge effort is made to bring people together, keep them collaborating and remove communication barriers. Company goals and values are communicated clearly. The company hierarchy is flat and everyone is accessible. The people work productively and have fun at the same time, "check your ego at the door"
