      Pros

      Having recently moved over Bloomsbury has taken into account the difficult times we are currently living and working in. They offer flexible working hours as well as online doctors appointments each week if we are struggling.

      Not quite sure what these are yet as I'm new.

      Pros

      * eagle alpha conference, offsite, client and vendor interaction are great * thier bbq dinner, christmas break are good things

      Cons

      * lack of genuinity in management * they have an awful work life balance * they made pay cuts during pandemic even though company performed relatively okay in 2020 * low pay, no benefits, no bonus, more work without more pay - interns and freshers be aware * quarterly 'potential acquirer, american salaries' motivational talks * two many too faced artful fuchse * former boys club. only people with certain 'background' seem to progress
