      - Good team partner - Quick learning experience - Project driven - Exposure - Development

      Cons

      - It's not a 9-6 job everyday of the week - Pay is good but when you factor in hours worked it does make you think - Old fashioned beyond belief they are not techy and senior members of staff tend to be sceptical of tech
