Pros
Flexible schedule, decent pay, good coworkers, good perks
Cons
Ease is a boys club first and foremost. If you are a woman you will not be treated equally, whether it be in pay, opportunities etc. When bringing these concerns to HR, they blow it off (sad coming from an all women HR staff.) Very, very clique like behavior. Mean girls mentality at it’s worst. Don’t be surprised if you hear upper management screaming at each other or employees. They brag about how much money they make but won’t pass any of it down to employees. Over worked and underpaid is ease’s motto. They don’t care about employees until it’s too late. Non sales or operations departments are put on the back burner and thrown aside. I left after 4 years with the company, 20 minutes after emailing HR my notice I get a phone call telling me I don’t need to finish my notice. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
