      At times the different approach to culture worked great. Decent perks and company/social events

      Cons

      Lots of mismanagment and confliction. Recruitment in wrong areas. Senior managers bought in that were not a fit or stuck to culture values that were so strongly pushed. Reliance on Norwegian team (who were great but led to inificiencies)
