This is a stock scam. The ownership is building a company only for bilking oblivious investors out of their money only to take it public for a quick IPO buck. He should be in jail. No doubt he will be along with his conspirators.
The nonmanagement team is great. They are loving and will help you out. They are about you and care about the team.
Cons
Management is horrible. The CEO gets drunk every day, yells at people and makes comments that should never be made. It is poorly run and the management team is oblivious to it. They care only about their titles. I was subjected to a political debate by one of them.
