      Pros

      Great group of people around you in every team in the office - everyone is friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Excellent culture with regular events as well as development opportunities if desired.

      None so far - best workplace I've been in.

      Great company I would give anything to work for them again, but they dont offer hybrid working which is a shame in today’s environment

      Dont offer hybrid working. Even a 3 days office , 2 days working from home would be reasonable but they want you to come to the office everyday

      - Dysfunctional legal and compliance team with weak leadership and ineffective management - Leadership lacks experience and does not demonstrate the capability requied to manage a complex, high-risk legal and compliance function - No clear strategic direction or disciplined prioritisation, resulting in constant firefighting and unnecessary operational strain - Decision-making is inconsistent and often unclear, driving inefficiency and avoidable stress - Junior lawyers received limited supervision, feedback, or structured development - Senior lawyers burdened with excessive responsibility without the authority, support, or resourcing needed to operate sustainably - Environment is unsuitable for junior lawyers seeking proper training and unsustainable for experience practitioners
