Tough work environment with long hours and low pay

No kpi but the senior will shout at you if you get a negative feedback

Cons

12 hrs shift, u don't know whom to report, every senior is your manager, low salary, unnecessary deduction, no offs on weekends or alternative national holiday , you can only survive if your willing to give 24*7 to the management or have proofs of everything
