      Staff treated badly, no respect for customers, don't go near

      Pros

      Aerospace products are quite interesting.

      Cons

      Eaton have broken IT systems, complicated processes and no disregard for their customers. I found them to be very misleading towards their customers and spoke poorly of them behind their backs. It's a revolving door of people in and people out, you won't get treated well.

      Payroll department are probably the worst I have experienced Rude, inexperienced people get promoted All there poster are for show, senior management don’t work to them Treat employees like a number Senior team have no people skills
