      Pay and benefits are wonderful

      -Large workload on bare minimum amount of employees -Long hours are standard and expected (the pay helps) -The management culture is that of a Good Old Boys club" -The training is barely adequate at best -Management has poor communication skills

      Management only promotes/ rewards kiss-assing and bankrupting incompetence; if you are actually skilled, make ETI money, or are a team player that is viewed favorably by your coworkers — you are soon to be unemployed by ETI.
