      Start-up with great potential but poor management

      Pros

      Growing start-up, career opportunities especially if sales-focussed, informal environment, good products

      Cons

      No transparency, no appreciation, non existing internal communication, empty promises and huge salary disparities; impossible to communicate with top-management due to lack of time and structures

      - Young team - Nice offices - If you are sales orientated, they will find a place for you. - Growing company

      Cons

      - Lack of organisation between teams - No interest in other teams apart from Sales. - Too much work, extra hours are assured - Miscommunication between employees and senior management - There's no proper HR team - Still with startup mind but they are no longer a startup - Organization was confusing sometimes.
