In my two years at Eccella I had worked on a variety of projects and got to travel to quite a few places. But what I like the most about my job is the company culture. Eccella is growing rapidly, but still manages to keep the "start-up spirit" alive; meaning that everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the company growth. There is no heavy hierarchical corporate culture; as an employee, it is very easy to reach senior management for help.
