Beware, passive-aggressive! The training there was extremely fragmented and I was constantly promised that the workload would get better but there always seemed to be a massive lack of staff needed. Oftentimes I found myself working my way out of the “blame game” so popular there only to end up playing it again shortly thereafter. Micromanagement to the point of directing a person’s entire personality to be a mind reader which ultimately crippled communication. The “blame game” created such a huge environment of fear that you would have thought there were lives at stake. Huge lack of appreciation for the effort put forth in correlation to the pay received. I was hired for a hybrid customer service and sales role, little did I know this would result in imbalanced direction from management as if I was in the middle of a bad marriage. This experience was very disappointing, I advise against the potential trauma and being overworked.
