      Thanks for the feedback. Database integrity is very important. We update data geographically as we market to different areas. It makes sense to have someone perform Quality assurance on the database records and we will investigate ways to implement this.

      Pros

      It is a comfortable environment with friendly co-workers. There is lots of room for growth within the company, and they always look within first when positions arise. There are no limits as to what you can earn. On top of your salary you can earn bonus money which is only limited by your hard work, and every position has bonus potential. I have fun and enjoy working here, and so will you.

      Cons

      Like all small companies, privacy is sometimes an issue.

      Thanks for the feedback. There are many benefits to working at a smaller company. I am glad you are enjoying some of them. Our current office design is an open layout which does not help privacy. You can expect this to change somewhat in our next office space.
