In this covid time, this company have reached to its ultimate low. First they started cutting salaries, which can be understood due to low buissness. But the biggest disgrace is to force(calling and shaming in meetings) all their employees to come to their office. Keep in mind they don't provide any cab facility.Even govt have allowed IT employees to work from home till Dec 2020. But as per intelligent management, if delivery guys are working everyone have to work! No you fools if work can be done from home, you don't want everyone to come to office. Not only its such a disgrace, its totally inhuman to force your employee to risk thier lives to satisfy your cheap ego. Please make your judgements by your own. I simply resigned from this organization even without having a job. So only join if you are in desperate need.

They just fired 500 employess just to save some cost and forced them to resign with severance. It was purely cost based so no matter how good you are the target. CEO , CTO has no empathy for employess. They were not even in office at time of firing. They were in their holes like a rat. Now about work , no planning for any feature or product just some changes arbitrarily come and you will work on that. Everything comes as a top priority.
