      Great community of like minded individuals working for a good cause. Room to grow.

      Cons

      Probably that they change the remote work, and you go to the office to meet people over zoom.

      Everyone is nice at this organization. Being a mentor is rewarding. They are starting 4 day a week work model!

      Pay is not great but they are trying to get better.
