Given autonomy as a Sales Manager, I explored huge potential in this company. If someone is looking for a space to grow and develop, this is the place for them. Great people who are always helpful and love to collaborate. Friendly family atmosphere, very different to anywhere else I've worked. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and make the role your own, the free lunch is a bonus. Enjoy being in an upbeat and peppy environment!
Cons
Struggling to find anything I really dislike here. I think a lot of organisations are susceptible to this and the company is aware that this is sometimes the perception which depends on person to person, therefore they are able to work on it accordingly.
