      EctoHR has a strong company culture and is a fun place to work. The company really offers a lot of opportunity for growth and development, as well as exposure to many different industries and facets of HR.

      Cons

      The pace. It can get very busy and overwhelming, so it takes a very detailed and organized person to be successful.

      EctoHR is truly a great place to work! The work is exciting, rewarding and every-changing. With a large client base in various industries, each day brings something new! The team is close-knit and everyone works great together, which is necessary in the fast-paced environment! The Company does a great job of providing challenging work and encouraging personal development opportunities to ensure all employees are growing both personally and professionally.

      While the fast-pace environment keeps each day interesting, it's very important to stay focused and on track so you don't fall behind! It takes a disciplined and focused team to keep the operations running smoothly!
