      Pros

      Great culture - people who really care about each other and work well together. Lots of sharing of knowledge. New starters feel well welcomed and well supported. Flexible working - good work life balance. Nice, modern offices in central London. Free lunch when in the office - super perk! Regular communication from management regarding company updates etc.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con - but it is a very busy environment and so can be pressurised.

      Pros

      Nice clean office in the heart of Mayfair, clients are walking distance, well-educated environment with a great social atmosphere. Business focused attitude with multi-cultural style.

      Cons

      They make working here an enjoyable experience so i never really feel obliged to take time off.
