Pros

- Lots of transparency around the performance of the business and where it's heading. - Acknowledgement that the recent business transformation hasn't been easy but lots of positive programmes are in place to support employee development. - Good opportunities for training and development. - Varied job role, and not micromanaged into how to complete tasks

Cons

- The business is fast-moving and there is always lots to do. I enjoy that aspect but it may not suit everyone.
