The SMT are always promising to deliver to both employees and customers however, they always seem to fail to deliver on these promises. Our product roadmaps look great, but are never achieved. Our SIMS customers are still waiting for the cloud-hosted solution we promised them years ago! No pay rise for years and new employees joining the business with less experience on a higher salary.

Very frustrating company to work for, very set in their ways. The amount of red tape one has to deal with to get anything done is astounding, and so it’s the resistance to change which kills any kind of creativity. As other have said, no salary reviews despite high inflation, no progression opportunities, no chance to advance as the head of department has been around for a decade. The company has now a bad reputation in the industry because of how dated the software is and it’s clinging to its market share by locking in customers in multi years agreements.
