Salary is competitive. That's it people work here just for the salary.
Cons
Very poor management system. The system is very messy. Overcomplicated SOP. This place is not suitable for experienced person as there is no respect here people will treat you like teenager. I think they need someone who can really lead the team and streamline the business flow.

Pros
working with edufront was enjoyable, the students were great and the management was always very understanding, and quick to find replacements whenever a teacher called in sick.
Cons
the pay is based on how many classes and students you have.
