Pros
- Plenty of support from mangers and direct colleagues - Outstanding work environment - Vast opportunities to learn and grow, locally and from Germany (HQ)
Cons
The only con I found is the reliance of the company on coal price. The company has a very limited niche (Long wall shearers and continuous miners). They only operate underground and for coal production. It makes it very difficult to expand the business to a bigger scale.
