Pros
At the time, Eidos were one of the few British video game publishers left, but the staff (especially all of the ex-SCi people) were excellent.
Cons
Lots of people pulling in different directions made it a frustrating place to work sometimes.

Pros
Computer games is a fun industry to be in, very relaxed environment, people as a whole were nice and friendly. Finished at 3;30pm on a friday which was brilliant but i then i had a long commute home meaning it was still around 5 - 6 by the time i got in.
Cons
Limited career progression unless someone left, wimbledon isnt the easiest to get to if not living in london, finished at 6pm mon - thurs.
