      Pros

      Grass Valley is a beautiful place to visit above Sacramento CA. Most employees are wonderful people and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Grass Valley too far from airport or major city. company has poor management where micro managing is conducted everywhere. No communication on company direction. Tech is difficult to develop with outdated equipment. Building is filthy which reflects poorly on the company. Too many secret closed door meetings and workers are continually being let go. What once was an OK place to work had become a depressing place to commute to.
