      Management spends too much time playing games

      Pros

      Worked for the company for a year.

      Cons

      Lots of groups spend more time fighting each other rather than working together. Management likes to gossip about employees current and old. The owner is detached and disinterested in his employees. Goals will change frequently on whim of the owner and management.

      Close knit, family atmosphere. Great executive team. friendly, productive atmosphere. Annual bonus availability.

      Pros

      Some of the pros include competitive salary, small business feel from a medium sized company. Flexible schedule as outside sales representative. Good benefits.

      Cons

      I was recently hired after an exhausting and stressful interview process. After only three days on the job, I was let go because upper management had a feeling that I would not be right for the position. This was the decision of the same VP that interviewed me and hired me. Very unethical to do that to anyone. I was also required to let my previous employer know I had intentions to leave, 2 months before being hired. This insured that I would have to give up my previous job before even being hired by Elbeco. When they fired me, I had no chance to go back onto my old job as it was already filled.
