◦ Some RNs do not respect RAs
◦ Some RNs and RAs do not treat residents with dignity and respect
◦ Evidence is not required for formal complaints
◦ Many RAs treat residents as a chore and not a person
◦ All Saints is Catholic, however, it suppresses workers who talk about the faith with residents
◦ Breaks are not guaranteed
◦ Unlawful practices are overlooked (medications, breaks, resident treatment, moving resident with broken leg, letting resident leave building, resident treatment in general)
◦ Many RAs and RNs overreact to various situations, which only makes the situations worse
◦ Residents are blamed for mistakes made by RNs and RAs
◦ The “open door” policy is not followed
◦ RA rights are suppressed by RNs
◦ Many RNs and RAs are unsuitable for this job
◦ Residents are not allowed adequate time on the patio (in the PM shift)
◦ Many RAs step outside of their boundaries
◦ Many RNs and RAs are disrespectful
◦ Too many people are scheduled on PM shift
◦ RAs recommendations are not considered/followed through
◦ Employee pay is based off of time with company and not performance (residents’ comments are not taken into consideration)
◦ RAs are not disciplined equally for equal offenses
◦ Employees are not rewarded for their contributions
◦ Employees are not validated for good work
◦ Medical equipment is outdated
◦ Residents are not taught how to deal with stress and dementia
◦ RAs and RNs incorrectly document some situations to make themselves look better
◦ Did not return documents upon my request
