Toxic culture/environment. Lots of backstabbing, blame game and brown nosing. Immoral/unethical management has no idea how people actually feel. Pretend to care. ERP system a mess. Everything long winded. Spend most of your day fixing issues with the system. Lack of innovation. Slave to your emails. Aging company. Hypocrisy from top to bottom. Don’t have any principles or values that are actually worth fighting for. Industry rarely anyone has heard of. Short term gains over long term profit. Caused by cost cutting. Letting people of experience go as they’re “expensive” and hire people with lack of experience and/or competence. Employees are a number and not actually people. Employees on furlough got 80% from the government. 20% from the company and their quarterly bonus for doing ZERO work. Have to pay for rubbish health cover. Pension is nothing. Holiday difficult to book as you have to constantly cover others due to lack of personnel. Hurrendous communication internally. Leads to many arguments and strained relationships.
