      - Competitive pay; - Company is aggressive, providing the opportunities to learn a lot in a short period of time; - Senior management is extremely smart and provides insight into market trends and issues; - Good learning opportunity;

      - Some, not all, members of staff are known for discrimination and it is not taken seriously; - People tend to focus on blaming rather than solving problems, morale is generally low;

      Awesome employees, casual fridays, beautiful office

      Cons

      Some board and half of exec team bad leaders can corrupt you and your self worth. Other half were wonderful leaders who were very smart and people oriented.

      Fast-Paced, Fun Environment with challenges and great Team Morale. It makes the days go by fast with the team around me.

      The company truly isn't a bad company, only Integration seems to matter more than the people who work for the company now.
