    Pros

Lots of opportunity to develop and work internationally in a B2B environment. Put the employees at the heart of what it does with many benefits including a free onsite gym. Pushes work/ life balance strongly.

    Cons

Salary can be less the industry standard.

    Pros

Free gym, good canteen facilities, very friendly work colleagues had some good times working here.

    Cons

Treated like a robot not a human for minimum wages, you can work fast all day and the bonus is none existent. Don’t expect to keep your manager long I’ve lost count of how many was sacked or moved to other areas of the company. There’s loads of staff treated differently to others. Good managers and long serving members sacked and taken all they’re knowledge and experience with them, then left with new staff and managers to start to learn everything from scratch it’s a ongoing circle people in and out of the company.

    Pros

great people good environment good on site facilities great technical support from IT and Help Desk great history

    Cons

anyone with more than 5+ years of service are seen as a threat from the past, and not being able to change. If anyone can change, it's those that have lived through Harriett Green's days, when the business went through so many great changes. Senior Leaders today don't appreciate how resilient people with a history are.

Chaotic heavily matrixed work environment, with not many development opportunities for engineers

    Pros

Opportunities to work with large engineering community element14 are good.

    Cons

Heavily matrixed, not enough development opportunities for engineers. The functions are very siloed and engineering strategy is isolated. As a result of this, customer centricity suffers heavily despite of being one of the key values.
