Pros

Having worked for Elementis for 10+ years I can say that the management were highly driven and had some great ideas to generate growth and £' for the shareholder.

Cons

Sometimes felt like a Silo based experience. Had the feeling that many things were going on around me, but didnt get a lot of opportunity to get involved (bit of a closed shop).
