A disrespectful place to work with CEO run like headless chicken.
Pros
Easy Interview Being a girl/woman helps to sustain in the organization but now grow as professional. Took around 15 mins but can't think of anyone :)
Cons
Lets Start from top: CEO.... This guy is not even worth being a manager with the amount of skills and knowledge. If you dont trust me "Meet Him for 5 mins" He verbally abuses his employees, shouts at them, make improper remarks and most importantly walk away from a situation when needed to speak. The only thing he cares about is getting money from the amount of work. but not ready to give anything in return. OHHH yes salary... That constant dialogue "I take loan from bank to pay you". I read someone pointed out about parties.... hahaha I think the person is happy with road side 5 rupee samosa to get poisoning. or smelly chole bhature from "Thela ". He even asked the 10-20 employees not to eat during an event at Taj as per plate cost can be saved. "ARE YOU SERIOUS". Ohh one more thing the CEO likes to scratch his Buttocks and chest while talking to employees so be prepared for that and don't be surprised if during an interview he put his legs on table or another chair. #Truestory I guess now i have made it clear and above 5 star likes and comments are fake. current employees and HR were asked to write those, if they don't they won't get the salary. Lets Talk about HR: I genuinely feel sorry for them. I once decided to choose HR over International Business in my MBA. When I see these 2 women I feel happy about my decision. They are Arrogant, insensitive, and liked to do gossip. They are not aware of your leaves, your pay, your documents but surely knows who are u talking to... who are you seeing now days... who is your friend and enemy. They don't have any say over CEO and just a mere puppets. No brains of themselves and Rude as hell. One funny thing 1 HR leave at 6pm... like sharp 6... trust me you can match the watch . Every damn day the door bangs at 6pm. hahaha... I guess its a place for u only when u dont have a job or don't see anything coming up in near future or you have a gap between your jobs. At the end its your life and your career so decision is yours. TRUST ME the 5 star rating and comments are fake. Those who face situation do write in paragraphs, not in bullets n pointers. GOOD LUCK
