      Pros

      The training and management teams do everything they can to assist you! I have never had the pleasure of working with a more enthusiastic and helpful team of individuals before starting with this company. Everyone is here to support everyone else and succeeding and growing with the company easily attainable with a bit of hard work!

      Cons

      The pay and benefits do leave something to be desired but are by no means insufficient depending on one's position and personal circumstances.

      The Best Job I have Ever Had!

      Pros

      Long term employment. I have been here more than 10 years. They always promote from within, so it's easy to move up. Fair pay! Teachers are paid by shift, so pay is consistent. The classes are fun, and the students are really lovely. Management is very supportive. Lessons are already created!

      Cons

      When students switch classes, I really miss them! No benefits. But the pay is good, so I can afford my own.
