Pros

Benefits are good, location is nice but overpaid. Some people working there has good values and works hard to improve things.

Cons

Some of the management is more worried about keeping their position than working towards a better future. It's all about politics and they love to get HR involved in everything instead of facing the issues and talking to the people. There's a huge technical debt, lack of processes, lack of expertise, no performance or goals measured. Just living for the day.

Badly run, too many managers

Pros

Free breakfast in both offices.

Cons

When I worked there they actually asked people to go and submit positive reviews on this site and stood there and watched people write over inflated reviews in an attempt to gain favour. A few of the positive reviews written closely together in time were purely written to please management. Lack of flexibility from managers (working from home, etc) Management don't seem to be in tune with the teams. Too many managers. I genuinely worked out about 25% of all employees were managers, heads of or directors who just mange the level below, often with only 1 regular employee at the bottom of this chain. IE Employee, Manager, Head of, Director. This just results in people trying to justify their jobs and power grabbing. Incidentally if we remove the call centre staff then the number of managers goes up to about 33%. Some clueless staff (especially senior) who seem to float by without knowing what they are actually doing.
