Pros

It was an engaging work environment. There were games, whiteboards, fun people.

Cons

I ended up leaving because there was no growth, and the pay was insufficient. There was always talk of growth, but no actual actions taken. Pay was a joke. Less qualified people at surrounding agencies make more than senior staff. The CEO means well, but he cannot handle it all so he depends on his managers, who by and large, are not involved within their departments. Employee concerns were not listened to because management didn't like confrontation so it just got pushed under the rug leading to frustrated and irritable staff.

Stocked snacks & alcohol in the fridge and cupboards

Egotistical managers/owners, lack of leadership, the owner wants his employees to fear for their jobs and thinks tension among the different service departments is "healthy" (he actually said this), comical pay/raises - Elevated Third works so hard to put on the facade of looking like a legitimate "cool" agency (fancy Mac computers, modern office, dog-friendly) but it would behoove them to put this type of effort into actually making the agency a more knowledgeable and supportive place to work
