No pros. Management and owners have no clue how to run a warehouse,
Cons
New management and old owners in Elevations has no experience on how to run a safe work place. Very under paid and extremely over worked and everybody hates the manager and he does not know how to communicate with anybody, and the owners back this kind of behavior because they are just as inexperienced as he is, place won't be around long running like this,
