      Pros

      One of the best and most professional agencies I had a chance to work with throughout the course of my modelling career. Proactive, enthusiastic and highly competent bookers. Good atmosphere at the agency. Elite works with a really good range of clients and manages their talent really well.

      Cons

      Bookers changed quite a lot - at least when I was there.

      Professional agency with a strong client base. They take into consideration your wants and needs.

      Cons

      For girls used to their agency helping them with pocket money and accommodation, Milk and many other agencies in London do not provide this assistance.
