- All careerists, they all aspire to have managerial, command, and control positions, and they try to get there even through petty ways. - Toxic environment, you can't have different work opinions because they are stifled; constantly under pressure and - most importantly - monitored. - Superiors who praise a work style based on "shut up and work," celebrating when staff work in the office even during bank holidays. - They promise increasing salary over time, bonuses, job growth, and well-being-none of this is fulfilled. And if you apply for a better position you are rejected. - 2023 and you are FORCED to go every day to the office, even tho you only need a PC and internet connection. If you’re sick, they would ask you to take holidays. Forget about discussing for better conditions with HR, they are like ghosts. -There would be more things to say but I don't have enough space to do it.
