      Pros

      I found the company culture and employees to be motivated and well educated. The delivery and professionalism of the project and technical teams was excellent, and if I can say very different to some of Eljay's APAC competitors!!

      Cons

      We need to see more of them in the UK marketplace, as their delivery and product is refreshingly customer orientated....

      Pros

      If you have project than its okay....but if you don't have...company will fire you for sure...and that will be immediately. They will not give you any notice period. No pros in my opinion...just a time waste.

      Cons

      -They are liars.....they used to say something and they do something....so if any one wants to start career with this company...please be sitted at your home you will get another good job than this for sure..... -Very Very bad salary....they will say like we will increase your salary but they don't.
