      Good team work with the headquarters key person especially in technical support

      Lack of project background sharing prior setting a new product launching. Project several times dropped from the priority without any further explanation.

      superior doesn't respect people. Opinions or suggestions are not welcomed. Alot of last minute jobs. Always force people to stay back to complete unnecessary tasks or call them out of office hours to come back to office. Poor time management. Work life is totally unbalance If you can handle extremely stresses, feel free to join this amazing culture.
