      Great people that collaborate and are not afraid of failure. No shaming or blame culture Every person has a voice and influence over what we do Inclusive and open management style Size creates family culture Great clients that believe in our work Career paths are customizable

      Bandwidth of staff is limited when we are busy because of our size.

      Pros

      EBDG is a well established design group that is not afraid of change. Truly open book management that promotes ownership and leadership at all levels. Internal development is well supported and the variety of work presents new challenges and opportunities. An overall positive work environment and team to be a part of!

      Cons

      A new focus towards hybrid/remote work is a positive work/life benefit for most people, but does not work for all.
